Overwolf is hiring a Developer Support Engineer with technical writing skills to join our pack and develop our online developers community.
Overwolf is building a universal framework for apps around games, already serving millions of gamers and thousands of developers worldwide.
Our platform empowers third-party developers to build great in-game apps that gamers use to enhance over 200 million game sessions per month.
Our Appstore includes great apps for the biggest games in the world : League of Legends, Dota 2, CS : GO, Hearthstone and over 800 other games.
Currently, many hundreds of developers are working with our SDK to provide gamers with new value on a daily basis - and you can be pivotal in making the knowledge they need available to them when they need it.

Technically support 3rd party Overwolf developers and use your skills and knowledge of the development lifecycle to solve complex issues and create best practices.
Work as part of our extended R&D team in a startup atmosphere, doing whatever it takes to exceed our partners’ expectations.
Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve developer partner satisfaction.
Monitor and answer on different support channels : a ticketing system, public forums, online chat, social networks and more.
Plan, write and update technical documentation user guides, installation guides, SDK / API docs, release notes, feature descriptions, and more.
Actively collect feedback and incorporate lessons and answers into the documentation.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Brilliant students, last semester may apply as well).
Prior experience in a technical support role in software environments.
Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
Experience with maintaining and documenting APIs.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Support occasional high priority questions outside regular working hours.
A true passion for hardcore gaming (PC / Console).
Hands-on experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (HTML,CSS, React, AngularJS).
Experience in developer support (B2D).
Native English speaker.
