Playworks, ironSources in-house mobile creative team, works with all the leading game studios on interactive creatives for their games, building tools and solutions in order to achieve a competitive edge in their user acquisition efforts.
The team is multidisciplinary and comprised of developers, designers, analysts, QA managers, project, performance and product managers, game designers, and more.
We are looking for a strong and experienced, talented and passionate product manager with a creative mind and extraordinary problem-solving skills.
In this position, you will lead, invent, and shape our creative products by taking an idea and turning it into a reality, ultimately enabling game developers to engage millions of people around the world.
Manage the product lifecycle and its roadmap
Identify opportunities for new products and define product vision and strategy
Manage the functionality, UI / UX and performance of complicated products and infrastructure
Work closely with the development team to create best-in-class products in a squad model
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products
Communicate product status internally and externally
A product manager with at least 4 years experience in building web and mobile products
GD MODE level of leading simultaneous projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Breathes and lives AB testing
Lives and Breathes AB testing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Technical understanding of web applications and large-scale backend processes
Ability to analyze data and extract insights from it
Fluent in English
Passionate about the gaming industry
Experience working with data and SQL
Experience with working with remote teams
UX and UI oriented, with experience in funnel improvements
