The Senior Director of employee digital experience is part of the digital communication channels team in the Global Communication and Brand department.
You have global responsibility for the execution of the strategy in design, content, technology, measurement and governance level of all internal communication and collaboration channels (intranet, video platform, social networking platform, etc.
You are responsible for making sure the overall digital employee experience meets the needs of our employees and can compete with the best in class employee experiences in comparable companies.
This should lead to a unified and simplified internal digital landscape.
Building and maintaining a relationship between local and global stakeholders, as well as the relevant departments, is essential to make sure the needs of local stakeholders fit into the overall global vision on employee experience and are prioritized and executed on accordingly.
You will manage, supervise and oversee multiple different digital processes all aimed to inspecting and coordinating all the points of contact between the employee and Teva's organization in the digital space
You will leverage strong foundations already in place; will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new internal digital communications and engagement strategy, core channels and best practice guidelines.
You will be responsible to curate and edit relevant pieces of communication items into published high engagement stories
Your work will shape how we engage with our employees and help us consistently reinforce a Digital- First culture and values, aligned closely to our external audience communications
Ensuring that our internal digital channels align to the Teva Brand (VI) to create a unified and simplified digital landscape
You will be expected to lead and execute wide range of projects, lead and manage a team of professional customer experience manager and campaign managers, execute customer journeys, and be accountable for delivery of high-quality communications and employee engagement, both as user as well as advocates
Building a scalable and flexible internal digital channel framework so that we can share content globally in an efficient way.
This is done in close coordination and collaboration with our Global IT department
Selecting the right people and partners to be successful in internal digital channels
Developing and maintain a support organization (COE) to ensure the efficient rollout of internal digital channels, as well as their continuous improvement, on a functional and content level
With Global IT and relevant stakeholders, selecting the right technology to create and support our internal digital employee experience and internal digital channel development
Together with Global HR, supporting Teva to understand and develop a digital mindset and work in a digital way to improve knowledge sharing, expert finding, online collaboration, community management and employee engagement
Defining and maintaining a clear internal digital governance policy and effectively communicate the vision, rules and policies to stakeholders
Defining and set-up clear performance metrics on internal employee engagement and internal digital channels and effectively report on them
Together with the Analytics and SEO team, defining and set-up clear performance metrics on internal digital channels and effectively report on them
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required, MBA / Advanced Degree strongly preferred
Well established content curation, editing and storytelling skills
Experience with internal communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Hands on experience in content management and creation
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience in defining and implementing international internal engagement strategies on a channel level, product, brand and employee level
Strong analytical skills, ability to assess strategic problems, develop insights and guide strategic direction
Ability to integrate holistic view of programs, projects and campaigns
Experience in defining and implementing international internal engagement strategies on a channel level, product and brand level.
Technically savvy and with a good understanding of the technological requirements of the relevant platforms
Ability to interact with engineers / developers.
Excellent execution capabilities and proven experience in big complex environments
Exceptional communication and people management skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Highly motivated, well organized, creative and innovative, and possesses good time management skills
