The Global Head of S2P Programs will design and lead a multitude of S2P related Programs across Teva and Global Procurement delivering value in enhancement of Procurement Maturity and its ongoing continuous improvement evolution.
He / she will provide leadership and accountability for key Teva and S2P Procurement programs, including but not limited to : Working Capital, M&A and Divestitures, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Risk, Procurement Transformation Projects etc.
He / She will apply thorough project management and process improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, etc.
principles in leading cross-functional programs aimed at achieving sustainable and measureable business results and driving Best in Class performance.
Primary accountabilities :
Provide analytics and insights to driving working capital factors and progress to plan.
responsible for alignment within Procurement and development of procurement capabilities in this area
