Cardo Systems, Ltd., the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle riders, has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic technical support representative at its offices in Ra’anana.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier-1 global customer support via email and social media channels
  • Provide tier-2 support and Back-office services for the global support team
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and cooperate with other departments (e.g., R&D, QA, and Operations) to resolve them.
  • Assist with placement of orders, RMA’s, refunds, or exchanges
  • Meet personal and team performance and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage records of customer accounts, interactions, and documents within the Salesforce CRM
  • Reporting to: Head of Product, Marketing department

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (service, tech support or sales) – an advantage
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Tech-savvy – a must 
  • Motorcycle license and an active rider – a significant advantage
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices notably Salesforce – advantage
  • Active student – technological field – a must
  • A student with at least two years until graduation 
  • Availability for flexible 100 hours a month
