Guesty is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead a variety of optimization efforts within our Growth Team, playing an integral role in increasing the retention, conversion and engagement rates of Guesty’s prospective customers.
We are looking for a motivated, innovative and results-driven individual with a passion for marketing, user experience and data who will be able to take ownership in developing a wide range of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Partner with Guesty’s BI team to become an expert on the SMB customer journey, including the path to becoming a customer, customer education, loyalty and engagement - all in support of the company’s KPIs.
Lead development tasks related to CRM campaigns and other activities, initiating and managing email marketing campaigns aimed to improve conversion performance of potential prospects.
Contribute to the strategy and drive the execution of the company’s ABM initiative, orchestrating requirements across Marketing and Sales teams.
Manage all marketing automation activities and implement new automation strategies, user journeys and workflows.
Daily responsibilities will include : operating our CRM and sales systems, analyzing and reporting on all campaign activities, implementing a range of A / B tests, and landing page development.
At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, digital marketing, preferably with experience in a B2B software or at a tech company.
A degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a similar field.
Experience with HTML, building landing pages and email marketing best practices - a must.
Familiarity with data system concepts, databases and BI.
At least 2 years of experience working with marketing automation solutions such as HubSpot, SalesForce and Zapier.
