Teva's Global Procurement unit is looking for an External Risk Management Sr. Manager. The job includes :
Design and Implement the External Global Procreement (GP) Risk Framework, to identify and map risks, their impact, probability, trend, current & future treatment and status.
Lead Teva’s Responsible Supply Chain program, maintain an active collaboration relationship with EHS&S, Social Impact, and engage periodically in PSCI and RHI activities
Lead and coordinate all GP activities to support Global NTM (Notifications to Management)
Lead Teva’s CSR Assessments, in collaboration with an external company, in order to design and implement quarterly campaigns to fulfill adhere to yearly goals
Ensure information from CSR assessments is properly cascaded to our teams, and escalate issues accordingly up to recommending on site audits to suppliers
Represent GP for any ad hoc risk related projects identified by various groups including GP, Quality, Supply chain or Regulatory
Prepare and provide periodic updates to GP Leadership on the status of External Risks, improvements and areas to prioritize
Identify issues, collect and analyze data, design solutions, and lead implementation of new approaches, focusing on cross-geographic and cross-organizational change management assessments, as well as insure fulfillment of Teva's mission and goals
BA in Business / Accounting / Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering or equivalent- Must
MBA or relevant MS degree- Preferred
Minimum of 5+ years in Project Management or Consulting; including 2+ years’ experience in Risk Management, Responsible Supply Chain / Procurement- Must
Solid understanding of procurement best practices, policies and tools
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry & implementation and knowledge of sustainable procurement initiatives and processes- Preferred
Applicable certifications in Risk Management and / or Responsible Supply Chain Management- Major advantage
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Service oriented, concise and persuasive. Able to collaborate & influence cross functionally and across the globe
Advanced project management, analytical and reporting skills. Managing data and information to report KPI’s and update progress against program objectives
Ability to work independently, with supervisor remotely located
MS office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English- Must
